When Mr. Zhang came over to look at it worriedly, he saw this ridiculous scene and gave him a big smile. Some felt like keto was a fad with limited staying power; others sensed potential for a niche market to scale up big . Once both the entrepreneur and the investors agree to move forward, the real work begins . Both parties have to do due diligence – the entrepreneur has to clean up her act, hire a team, buy or lease a facility, and finalise the legal deal structure .
